#CoverTheNet to raise awareness of World Malaria Day
Will You Help Us
Imagine No Malaria asks supporters to share a World Malaria Day message For World Malaria Day, April 25, Imagine No Malaria is encouraging supporters to #CoverTheNet to raise awareness on Facebook and Twitter about a killer disease that claims the life of a child every 60 seconds.
Let the world know you’re one of a world of people unified in the fight against a needless killer. Here’s how you can help us create social media buzz about this life-saving cause:
• | Add a special World Malaria Day Twibbon to your social media profile photos to spread the word and let people know you support the cause. Twibbon is a microsite where supporters can support a cause in a variety of ways and ask friends to join them. Get your Twibbon here! |
• | Shout it out via Thunderclap! Thunderclap is a “crowdspeaking” platform that creates a big splash by blasting out a timed Facebook post and tweet from Imagine No Malaria supporters on April 25 – all at the same time. When we speak together, our voices can be heard. |
• | Take cover! Change your Facebook cover image using the one we have posted at Facebook.com/imaginenomalaria. While you’re there, check out our shareable posts and videos! |
• | #CoverTheNet with prayers for those at risk of death from malaria. Add your prayer to our wall on or leading up to April 25. |
