Asbury’s Homecoming Celebration in October
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. ” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
‘God is enough’ will be our theme for our annual Homecoming Celebration, which will kick off with a three-night revival worship service on October 23rd, October 24th and October 25th starting at 7:30 p.m. each night.
The revival services will be led by Rev. Dr. Harry L. Seawright, pastor of Union Bethel African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church in Brandywine, Md., who will bless us each night with an anointed rhema word.
On Sunday, October 27, 2013, our Homecoming festivites will continue at 11:00 a.m. when our own pastor, Rev. Dr. LaDelle Brooks, will lead our Holy-Ghost filled worship service.
Immediately following Sunday’s worship experience we will gather in our Social Hall for dinner and continued fellowship.
You do not want to miss this faith-filled, power-packed week of anointed services because it promises to be an amazing time in the Lord.
We look forward to seeing you there.
