PURPOSE OF CORPORATION

ASBURY REDEVELOPMENT TRUST, INCORPORATED is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or any amended corresponding sections of any future Federal tax code. The purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows: (1) The rehabilitation of all properties owned by ART, Inc., (2) The development and/or interpretation of necessary missional objectives for the utilization of said properties, and (3) To act as an agent for AUMC in all matters pertaining to development and/or redevelopment of said properties and programs.
